About Mary Larson, MA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, LEAP
Mary brings nearly three decades of experience to her clients. She has held organizational effectiveness and end-to-end HR leadership roles in companies ranging from high tech to healthcare and financial institutions. Mary’s professional passion is helping leaders at every level be their very best. Her career includes building and leading multiple learning & development and organizational effectiveness functions as well as deep practitioner expertise in:

In addition to Mary’s client work, she is very passionate about preparing our leaders of tomorrow for the business world. She teaches business classes at Central Washington University focused on contemporary business issues, professional development, and leadership development. She is also an advisor, designer, and instructor for the University of Washington’s Learning & Professional Development certification program. When not working with clients or in the University classroom Mary enjoys the outdoors with her family and volunteering with youth sports and other community activities.
Mary holds an MA in Applied Behavioral Sciences with an emphasis on Coaching & Consulting in Organizations, a BS in Business Administration, and an AS in Information Processing. She is SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and LEAP certified.
