Lynda Silsbee, CPT, SPHR
Founder and Principal
Owner & Founder of Performance Dimensions Group since 1999. Lynda is a leading facilitator, executive coach and consultant with over 30 years experience creating and leading high-performance organizations and teams.  Lynda’s expertise includes extensive work in leadership and team development, executive coaching, strategic planning and workforce integration, organization design & development, performance management systems, process improvement and employee retention. She has the broad leadership and industry experience needed in a consultant, facilitator & coach. Her diverse, hands-on business experience allows her to maximize value-added impact in dynamic organizations and environments. She has broad leadership and industry experience having worked with an extensive roster of great organizations including; Nordstrom, Genie Industries, Starbucks Coffee Company, Jones Soda, Tommy Bahama, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and Vulcan.  Her diverse experience gives her valuable wisdom, knowledge and skills which bring measurable results and benefits to her clients. Lynda is passionate about creating GREAT leaders at all levels.  She created and facilitated the prestigious Future Nordstrom Leaders Program, and the Genie Industries Lean Mfg Start-Up Training Program.  In 2002 she launched the LEAP® Program to provide small and mid-sized organizations with the same level of leadership development as a fortune 100 company.
