Performance Dimensions Group has a number of learning topics available that are designed to suit your organization’s performance needs.
We offer a wide range of products including licensed materials from our vendor partners to customized training programs that can be delivered by our facilitators or by your in-house staff. Curriculum & training topics are either single modules or combined into programs. Modules allow for the greatest flexibility and selection for our clients while more in-depth leadership programs can be highly customized to achieve specific goals. Unless otherwise noted, these may be mixed/matched in any sequence. Most modules are 3-4 hours in length. Programs typically have several modules that may be delivered in short sessions over a series of weeks or in a 2-day “retreat” format as desired.
