A World-Class Leadership Program—Built for Your Organization

LEAP University® is designed for organizations that know leadership matters but don’t have the
internal capacity to design, launch and sustain a comprehensive development program on their own.
We partner with you to build a fully customized, in-house leadership university that develops leaders
at scale—without reinventing the wheel.
Whether you’re developing 6 emerging leaders or 60+ managers across levels, LEAP University®
provides the structure, rigor and flexibility needed to grow strong, confident leaders aligned to your
culture and business priorities.

What LEAP University® Delivers
This is not off-the-shelf training. LEAP University® is a co-created, co-branded leadership
development experience built specifically for your organization and your people. Programs may run
as short as six months or expand into a tiered, multi-year leadership pipeline.

Each university typically includes:
• Leadership assessments and pre/post measurement
• Cohort-based facilitated learning sessions
• Practical, research-based curriculum
• 1:1 executive or leadership coaching
• Application projects tied to real business challenges
• Program communications, coordination and management
• Alignment with internal leaders and executive sponsors

We leverage our LEAP Certified Coach network and proven LEAP approach to ensure consistency,
quality and scalability—while tailoring the experience to your organizational reality.

The University Experience
LEAP University® is typically delivered through monthly cohort sessions facilitated by experienced
business leaders and coaches. Participants progress together, building trust, accountability and
shared learning. An internal Executive Sponsor serves as the “Dean,” reinforcing organizational
alignment and leadership commitment.
As your organization grows, new leaders can enter through foundational “boot camp” experiences
and then integrate into ongoing cohorts—creating a sustainable leadership pipeline rather than a
one-time program.
