LEAP® is a cohort-based leadership acceleration experience that helps leaders turn insight
into action, management into leadership, and growth into a lasting habit.

LEAP® was created from a simple belief: leadership isn’t a title or a moment—it’s a habit. And like
any habit, it’s built through intentional practice, reflection and feedback over time.

LEAP® is a year-long leadership acceleration experience designed for leaders who want to grow
beyond managing tasks and start leading people, performance and change with confidence.

What Makes LEAP® Different
Deep, Not Dabbled
LEAP® goes beyond one-off workshops. Participants engage in sustained learning, real-time
application, coaching and peer dialogue that allows leadership skills to take root and stick.
Customized to the Leader
No two cohorts—and no two leaders—are the same. Each LEAP® experience is shaped by
participant goals, leadership assessments, 360-degree feedback and cohort dialogue. The result is a
development journey that meets leaders where they are and stretches them where it matters most.

Practical, Powerful and Human
LEAP® focuses on the leadership challenges people actually face: navigating change, building trust,
leading through uncertainty, giving effective feedback and driving performance without burning out

A Community of Practice
LEAP® is membership-based and cohort-driven. Participants learn with and from peers who are navigating similar leadership realities, creating a powerful sense of connection, perspective and
momentum. Acceptance into a cohort requires a brief application to ensure readiness and fit.
