Michael BadgerMichael Badger, Ph.D.

Michael has more than twenty-five years of management and consulting experience, with an emphasis on Organizational and Individual Assessment and Managerial and Leadership Development. He has a demonstrated record as both a successful entrepreneur and an advisor to managers and executives. He consistently brings an applied business focus to his work with clients. Michael earned a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Oregon and a Masters in Mass Communications from Syracuse University. As an Organizational Psychologist specializing in Executive Coaching, Michael utilizes a broad range of applied skills in the areas of individual and organizational assessment, individual and organizational dynamics and outcome measurements, as well as knowledge of learning styles, means of motivation and realistic strategies for lasting behavioral change.

Kaitlyn Daniel

Kaitlyn is a resilience and performance expert that helps people and organizations perform and thrive using simple and easy to implement strategies. She spent over six years as a Master Resilience Trainer and Performance Expert training Soldiers in United States Army before starting her own business to provide custom training for high stress professionals like women in business, cybersecurity and first responders. Her expertise includes Leadership and Development Design/Implementation, Human Performance Improvement, Resilience and Wellbeing, Burnout and Stress Management, and High Performance Teams. In addition to her LEAP certification, Kaitlyn is also Dare to Lead trained, a Certified Mental Performance Coach through AASP, and Critical Incident Stress Management Peer Support Trained by ICISF.


Paula Fitzgerald-BoosPaula Fitzgerald-Boos, MA

Gayle Johnson

Gayle has enjoyed the role of political strategist, workshop facilitator, and transformational leader for over 20 years. She helps people and organizations accomplish critical goals that move their lives and organizations forward. She also helps organizations maximize employee effectiveness through corporate and non-profit coaching and training. Her effective leadership style has been developed through coaching high-level leadership, mid-management, and frontline employees on the importance of emotional intelligence, and how applying it creates high-performing teams, helps retain good talent and ultimately increases revenue. As a graduate from Roosevelt High School, she attended the legendary Spelman College in Atlanta, GA, and then transferred to the University of Washington, she received a B.A. Degree in Political Science. Dan Kennedy

As one of the first coaches in the Northwest to be certified by the International Coach Federation, with other pioneers, Dan Kennedy co-founded the local ICF chapter, now known as ICF Washington State. Dan speaks and facilitates on issues regarding coaching, leadership, and career development. He has conducted hundreds of effective presentations, workshops and seminars for various Seattle and national organizations including AARP, Costco, Adobe Systems, Campbell Soup Company, and King County, Washington. She teaches business classes in the University system focused on contemporary business issues, professional development, and leadership development. She was also an advisor, designer, and instructor for the University of Washington’s Learning & Professional Development certification program.


Nancy Maki,  LMHC, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Nancy is managing partner of Open Gate Consulting – a firm dedicated to helping small and medium business create their best teams through leadership development, human resources support, and employee assistance services. Nancy has a long history in leadership, management, and performance development. In her early career, Nancy honed her leadership skills as an Army officer, eventually moving on to open her own insurance agency. Nancy has a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Puget Sound. Her experience as a mental health practitioner and human resources business partner insures solid consultation for her clients.


Jim RandJim Rand, Ph.D., CPT, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Jim Rand, is Director of Executive Education and a Clinical Professor at Seattle Pacific University, School of Business and Economics. In addition, Jim is a founding principal in a local consulting organization called Seattle Research Partners specializing in human performance Improvement. In addition to his consulting practice, Jim currently teaches graduate courses in Operations Management, Compensation Systems, Advanced Negotiations, Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Human Performance Improvement, Strategic Quality and Re-Engineering. Jim is an inspiring and pragmatic coach and mentor. Since 1963, he has held various executive and leadership positions with the US Military and the private sector for corporations including Kimberly Clark, Crocker Bank, U and I Incorporated, West One, and Fluke. Jim has held adjunct appointments at the University of Utah, Golden Gate University, The University of Maryland, The University of Wisconsin, University of Washington, University of California, Berkley and Exeter College in Oxford England. He has taught graduate level international seminars in Greece, South Africa, United Arab Emeritus, England and Germany.


Tim Riley

Tim is focused on making the big performance needles move. He has led or been involved with a number of leading organizations ranging from digital to analog. Known for strategy, strategy execution, innovation, financial performance, and leadership, Tim’s track record includes two appearances on the Inc 500 list and nine appearances on the Seattle areas fastest growing company list. Tim is a third generation native of the Seattle area and an avid snow and water skier. He has served as president and board member of the Seattle Entrepreneur’s Organization and an alumnus and former board member of the Young Presidents Organization.


Julian Yaeger

Julian has 10+ years of experience in coaching, teaching, training, organizational effectiveness and change, and leadership development. He is also an executive coach and founder of Rise 8, a coaching and consulting company that helps managers and leaders influence the world around them.
