Michael BadgerMichael Badger, Ph.D.
Michael has more than twenty-five years of management and consulting experience, with an emphasis on Organizational and Individual Assessment and Managerial and Leadership Development. He has a demonstrated record as both a successful entrepreneur and an advisor to managers and executives. He consistently brings an applied business focus to his work with clients. Michael earned a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Oregon and a Masters in Mass Communications from Syracuse University. Mary brings 26+ years of experience to her clients. She has held organizational effectiveness and end-to-end HR leadership roles in companies ranging from high tech to healthcare and financial institutions. Her career includes building and leading learning & development and organizational effectiveness functions as well as deep practitioner expertise in high performance organizational transformations, talent management strategy assessment/planning, leadership development program development and coaching and change management planning and facilitation. Ron MoreyRon Morey
Ron Morey provides customized executive coaching, leadership training, and team development services that guides and mentors current and future leaders to achieve greater results with clarity and total integrity. Ron provides a powerful link between executive development, long-term business growth, and organizational effectiveness. Ron Morey is a facilitator, sounding board, and consultant throughout the coaching engagement. Mike MorrisonMike Morrison
Mike Morrison is currently Senior Director of Consulting Services with Performance Dimensions Group. Mike is the Founder and President of Value Management Consulting, Inc (VMC) created in 1995. He has over 50 years of experience in consulting, including the successful operation of VMC for the past 21 years. He has been involved in producing strategic plans, reviewing strategic plans, producing the tactical plans to support strategic plans and implementing such plans since 1978. He started his career in consulting engineering, but in recent years has done a considerable amount of management consulting. Local clients include the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) as a prime consultant and sub-consultant. He has also worked as a sub-consultant to others, including Sound Transit, King County and the Port of Seattle. In addition to his leadership for many consulting assignments, he has facilitated over 300 workshops. Many of these workshops have involved a client (owner organization) and a wide variety of stakeholders, including first citizens, and even local organizations formed to challenge or oppose projects. His communication skills have been recognized by many clients who have repeatedly retained his services.


Jim RandJim Rand, Ph.D., CPT, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Jim Rand, is Director of Executive Education and a Clinical Professor at Seattle Pacific University, School of Business and Economics. In addition, Jim is a founding principal in a local consulting organization called Seattle Research Partners specializing in human performance Improvement. In addition to his consulting practice, Jim currently teaches graduate courses in Operations Management, Compensation Systems, Advanced Negotiations, Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Human Performance Improvement, Strategic Quality and Re-Engineering. Jim is an inspiring and pragmatic coach and mentor. Since 1963, he has held various executive and leadership positions with the US Military and the private sector for corporations including Kimberly Clark, Crocker Bank, U and I Incorporated, West One, and Fluke. Jim has held adjunct appointments at the University of Utah, Golden Gate University, The University of Maryland, The University of Wisconsin, University of Washington, University of California, Berkley and Exeter College in Oxford England. He has taught graduate level international seminars in Greece, South Africa, United Arab Emeritus, England and Germany.
